21-22 Hans Place is a Grade II Listed residential building in Knightsbridge, London SW1. Squarepoint Chartered Surveyors were appointed to act as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Principal Designer for the works which was successfully completed within budget and contract programme.
The works consisted of the full external repairs and redecorations including the redecoration of all internal common parts and new tiling to the ground floor communal areas.
